New Reviewer3 months later and nothing has been resolved. I have emailed the company several times with no response.
They have not contacted me nor have they refunded my money.
As I said previously, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT WORK AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BY ITS "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE."
I purchased my Kore fitness tracker in mid-November. It took over a month to arrive and the tracker never worked properly.
It stays stuck on the message screen most of the time. Sometimes it goes to the home screen but every time I try to go to another screen, the message icon comes on and stays on. I sent emails to customer service and they keep emailing me back with instructions on how to set up the tracker and how to download the app., all of which I had already done. Then when I email again, they respond by saying since they have not heard back from me they are closing my ticket.
And their "money back guarantee" is only if you return the tracker unopened in its original package. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a company.
User's recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
KoreTrak Pros: Inexpensive.
KoreTrak Cons: Complete rip-off, Does not work, Customer service does not respond, Satisfaction guarantee is only for unopened package.
