The DayBand will not work it has on it the walking on it I have downloaded the app and deleted it redownload it turned off and back on still don't work my husband got 2 of them his watch is not working either I and my daughter has try to get those watches to work we want to return and a refund cause those watches are not worth what he paid for

My watch will not take a charge

I chatted on line with a KoreHealth expert in the middle of December to try and rectify this problem and nothing worked. I was told by him that he was going to make it right and send me a new watch. Also said that I would likely receive a tracking number within a couple days. So far I have heard nothing and I am not impressed. So much for trying a new company. Furthermore I cant even get into my app or log in as a new customer. Very very poor customer service.

I ordered four Kore Scales Gen2 . Was informed that they were shipped over a week ago and have yet to receive them. I try and go on the track number and it doesnt give me any information on where they are at. Please call me ASAP as these are Christmas gifts that I ordered early so that I can ship them out. Product isnt what husband wanted. Also are on fixed income and cannot pay monthly fee. Need something to get blood pressure. Used to have Kore Trac that did this.

Did get a reply they want to give me thirty percent off. I said no I want to return they still have not given me address to return and you only have thirty days. I have reported this to my credit card company.

I have called yesterday and today three times left the information that they asked me to provide gave them the order number and I get the same message. Leave your email address and will be back in touch with you.

Well that hasnt happened.

This is an item that I did not order, I have been away for a month, returned home yesterday and found the item and apparently it had been ordered on May 25th I have no idea the date it was delivered to me. Apparently now Ive only got two days to return it due to your 30 day return and refund.

I would really appreciate a response to my email address to resolve this matter immediately.

Please do not purchase this product, return and refund is impossible. No one replies to your emails and the phone numbers dont answer. This device just simply doesnt do what the website says it will do. I have been trying for months to get my refund with no responses or refund. Have sent everything I was asked to send but still nothing.

I placed an order online for a tracker and my card was declined. This happened 2x.

Knowing there was nothing wrong with my credit card I tried one more time. Things seemed to be working smoothly. A pop up came up and wanted to sell me a second one for 29.99. (I'm sorry I don't have proof for this) I may have clicked on but decided against it.

Then a large page came up trying to sell wristbands for the tracker. I did not want them but could not continue with my order. I closed the page and closed the rest of the site with it so I gave up. I never got to confirm my purchase.

My wife was paying bills and noticed that the Kore company charged my credit card for 2 trackers. I decided I didn't want them and tried to cancel the order on the first and again today.

Not 5 minutes after my second (today's) email, they sent me an email that it was shipped. This is probably the worst consumer interaction that I have ever experienced.
